Location: Lynchburg, Virginia
Status: Permanently Closed
SERVPRO of Lynchburg Disc Golf Course was a private 9-hole course located on SERVPRO property in Lynchburg, Virginia. The course was created primarily for employees, invited guests, and local players who received permission to play. It was never intended as a public course and should not be accessed without the owner's permission.
The layout occupied mostly flat terrain and relied heavily on distance rather than technical shot shaping. Unlike many Lynchburg-area courses that feature wooded fairways, elevation changes, or water hazards, SERVPRO offered a more open design where players could focus on controlled power and accuracy. Most holes measured between approximately 285 and 300 feet, creating a consistent challenge throughout the round.
The course served as a practice and recreational facility for a limited number of players and provided an opportunity to introduce new people to the sport in a private setting. While simple in design, it demonstrated how disc golf can be installed and enjoyed on relatively small pieces of private property.
Because the course was located entirely on private land, public access was never permitted without authorization. Visitors should respect property rights and not enter the site without the owner's invitation.
